Shipping policy

USA ORDERS

All domestic orders are handled by USPS/UPS. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and handling. During high-volume periods, such as right after a release or the holidays, processing times may be delayed to 1-2 weeks. However, we always try our best to get items to you in a timely manner. On occasion and for specialty releases, such as made-to-order products, we may state a different shipping timeline on individual product pages. We fulfill all orders from Boca Raton, Florida. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days after the order has shipped depending on your location, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.
